The Auburn Water District is currently looking into three new drinking water
sources. The Auburn Water District has taken control of Dark Brook Reservoir,
upper and lower Stoneville Reservoirs and at this time they are not going to
be used as drinking water sources. The Auburn Water District has done well over
350,000 in capital improvements over the last three years. Woodland Water District
is becoming part of Auburn Water District and will include our service connection
by approximately 180 service accounts. Over the next 3 - 5 years, the Auburn Water
District is replacing all manual meters with remotely read radio meters.
