The above picture is of our storage facilities at Prospect Street.

The storage tanks off Bryn Mawr Ave. Are of similar construction. The Auburn Water District has storage capacity of 3.5 million gallons of water. These storage tanks are located off Bryn Mawr Ave. And Prospect Street. Bryn Mawr Ave. Has a steel tank with a capacity of 1 million gallons. Prospect Street has 2 storage tanks, both of steel. One tank has a capacity of 2 million gallons, the other with a capacity of ½ million gallons. The district is split into two pressure zones. The Prospect Street storage area services the high pressure zone of town which is all of the west end of Auburn. The Bryn Mawr Ave. storage facility services the remaining areas of the district.
