How To Pay Your Bill
Mail your payment using the pre-addressed return envelope that is included with your bill. Please remember, you must return the upper portion of your bill with your payment so your account will be properly credited. Do not send cash in the mail. Third Party Payments
Customers can pay their bill using third-party services, such as your financial institution’s online service. In some instances your financial institution may send us a payment by mail. In these instances a delay of five to seven days may occur in the processing of your payment.
If a check is returned to the District by the bank for any reason, the account will be assessed a $30 penalty.
District employees never collect payment at a customer’s property. If someone approaches you for payment of water charges on your property, it may be a utility scam and you should contact the Auburn Police Department.
